Know Before You Go

Know before you go! Prepare to make the most of your time with us on the snow.
  • Please arrive at the resort (or leave your condo) one hour before your lesson start time
  • Guests who need to pick up rental equipment should check in on the lower floor of the Experience Centre (formerly Mountain Kids)
  • Guests who have their own equipment but need to pick up a lift pass should check-in either at the outdoor ticket windows at the front of the lodge, or on the lower floor of the Experience Centre, accessed via the Snow Sports entrance
  • Guests who already have ski or snowboard equipment and a lift pass can proceed directly to the outdoor lesson meeting area – there is no need to come inside the lodge
  • Consider checking in the night before! On nights that the resort is open for night skiing, you are welcome to visit us in the Experience Centre until 8 pm
Knowing your reservation number will speed up the check-in process. If possible, please also have this handy upon arrival. Thanks for choosing to visit us at the Mount Washington Snow School! We look forward to welcoming on the snow you soon.
