The main lodge usually houses a guest services desk or reception area where visitors can check in, obtain information about the resort, purchase lift tickets, or inquire about lessons or rentals. The Alpine Lodge houses restaurants, cafes, or food courts where guests can grab a bite to eat or enjoy a meal. These establishments may offer a variety of food and beverage options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.

Outdoor Elements includes retail shops where visitors can purchase ski or snowboard equipment, clothing, accessories, and other outdoor gear. The shop may also offer basic supplies like sunscreen, goggles, gloves, and hats in season. Skiing and snowboarding require bulky gear, so lodges often provide locker rooms or storage facilities where guests can securely store their equipment and belongings during their visit.

The main lodge may feature comfortable seating areas or lounges where visitors can relax, socialize, and take a break from the slopes. These spaces will have fireplaces, TV screens, and Wi-Fi access for your use.

Mount Washington Alpine Resort has a dedicated area adjacent in the bradley building connect to the main lodge for ski schools and lessons. Guests can sign up for lessons or group programs suitable for different skill levels, including children's programs.


How old does my child need to be in order to ride the lifts?

Tots 3+ are permitted to Ride the Eagle chairlift Scenic Chairlift ride provided the child must be able to aid in self-rescue in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Children 6+ are permitted to Ride in the Bike Park provided the child must be able to aid in self-rescue in the unlikely event of an emergency as well as being a competent rider, and having a bike that meets all our requirements.
